Contact us page / Sitemap not showing after upgrade to 1.4.1. Also Guest checkout not working (URGENT)

Hi all,

I have just upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.4.1 but for some reason the contact us page and sitemap are not showing. When the icons for these pages are selected the home page simply refreshes and does not direct to the selected pages. Any ideas ??

Also I cannot get the guest checkout to work correctly. I am using a modified version of the default 1.3.7 theme and get the error messages

1.config.xml is missing in your theme path.

2.This theme may not correctly use “one page checkout”. You can disable this function on this page

3.config.xml theme file has not been created for this version of prestashop.

Any advice on these issues would be very much appreciated.
