[SOLVED] Big problems with life shop after upgrade attemt

I really made a big mistake.

appon upgrade i wanted to backup everything, but first delete a few files i had no use for.

By mistake i got files from root deleted. stupid.

so my live webshop where no longer live

My host did not have new enough backup, so

I now installed a fresh 1.3.7 in a temp url, and overwrite with the files i had in backup, and connect to the database i used before,

But my categories are acting funny, i can not access them. i get 404 error

and some modules does not show, such as the basket.

backoffice seems to work.

Any ideas ?

Solution, disable friendly url, or simply just upload new .HTACCESS file
