[Solved] Can't add external review feed to header.tpl

Hello folks, I'm hoping for some more superb expert advise on a little problem I'm having adding a review website feed to my website.

I've signed up to a monthly trial of www.trustpilot.co.uk and need to add their review feed to the left menu column of my site www.cozibag.co.uk.

I know this column comes under the header.tpl (at least I think I do) but when I add the script provided by Trust Pilot it either messes up the layout or makes it disappear completely, leaving an entirely blank page.

I've tried adding the code before and after {$HOOK_LEFT_COLUMN} and inside its own

and without, but it just isn't working. Am I missing something simple here?

Ignore me! A pair of {literal} tags did the trick. I think Smarty was getting confused without them and causing it to not dispay properly.
