Legal issues in the European Union

Version 1.4 still doesn't fit the European Laws. Maybe this is not a problem in France, but a very, very big problem in Germany.

Just a few issues:

1. No Cart overview in the last step of check out.
2. "terms of service" is still pre-checked in the check-out (illegal and very, very stupid)
3. No delivery cost note at every product in every view.

Can't believe that the developers are still so ignorant about the greatest market in the world.
