upload big databases

Hi I have a big database and I have a problem to upload it. There are timeout erros.

When I use MySQLDumler I have an error:

MySQL-ERROR
MySQL says:
Unknown or incorrect time zone: 'NULL'

Error in Query:
/*!40103 SET TIME_ZONE=@OLD_TIME_ZONE */;


/*!40103 SET TIME_ZONE=@OLD_TIME_ZONE */; -> Unknown or incorrect time zone: 'NULL'


How to correct it?
