Email notifications on order update

Hello,

first of all thanks for the amazing prestashop. I have everything setteld on my page but I have 1 problem,

When someone does a order in the backoffice when you put it on payment accepted of shipped or whatevery it should mail the costumer but it doesnt?


but the email notifications when a order is made works every notification works accept that one. And i really dont know why? my language is set on dutch and in the folder mails there is also en NL folder. premissions are good everything seems ok.

im using prestashop v 1.3.6.

i dont get a error nothing it just doest send a email?
