Shopping Cart Issues - bad theme design

ok, ive had alot of issues with a theme i downloaded and paid for and there support is rubish so i figured maybe people here could help me out.

the shopping cart url is worng, i belive it shud be linked to /order.php but when clicked on it says this

Not Found

The requested URL /.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.9 (Debian) PHP/5.2.6-1+lenny10 with Suhosin-Patch Server at 46.105.27.12 Port 80

how do i change the link to the shopping cart?

there is a second issue after that but i figured i wud just ask this to start with.
