Error when adding products v.1.4

[Admin_mx]

When I try to add new product to newly installed Prestashop v.1.4.017 following errors occur:
the field description_short (English (English)) is too long : 400 chars max (count now 991)
the field description_short (Français (French)) is too long : 400 chars max (count now 979)
the field description_short (Español (Spanish)) is too long : 400 chars max (count now 979)
the field description_short (Deutsch (German)) is too long : 400 chars max (count now 979)
the field description_short (Italiano (Italian)) is too long : 400 chars max (count now 979)
the field description_short (Polish) is too long : 400 chars max (count now 979)

New product is added to subcategory and short description and description contain just two words
