breadcrumb

Hi,

I’m newbie here and started with this whole prestashop thing yesterday, so I still figuring out things.

I'm using PS 1.3.7.
I'm confused system on the breadcrumb
in themes/breadcrumb.tpl there {$path} to display.
how do if I want to take the contents (value) of the breadcrumb to the reference value in another page.
