error 500

Hi i get a 500 server error randomly showed the below last time i got it
Got it at check out trying to test purchase.

[Mon May 16 15:49:07 2011] [error] [client 82.33.97.250] File does not exist: /home/ablectri/public_html/crossdomain.xml

running 1.4.1 prestashop

im sure your want more info but i cant think what i should put

many scenarios may cause 500 internal server error.
but your case, maybe it is server issue, not related to your store.

please make sure you have assign correct access permission on those files and folders
in general, folder 755 and files 644

yeah i tried the permissions and there all ok i know its a long shot asking what could be wrong as i know theres lots of reasons but i need to try and sort this its doing my head. is there any kind of programes or tests i can run on the site or server to check its all running ok? also in the error log i keep getting requests from one ip address for file that have never existed and that arnt there im not sure why and i think its a little weird.

I think that could be engine bot or some other crawlers.
If you think it is harmful, you can block this IP from accessing your website.
