gaiuspahk
Hi! New Categories do not show up on the Top Menu bar (Prestashop native module). They are visible in the menu settings. I can select and add them and they are saved. But they do not show up on the front end. If I alter any of the existing categories, they disappear aswell. If I add menu items as links, these do appear. Prestashop 8.2. cache cleared and turned off only one language I haven't altered the main / root categorie. uninstalled and reinstalled the Top Menu module. Shop: https://overland.ee/ Any ideas? Prestashop Addict
Hi, you mean a parent category, or children?

I can add whatever categories, then add them to the Menu Bar, but they do not show up on the front end. Seems there's a similar issue with products aswell now. Prestashop Addict
Main category must be added manually in menu module. Only children of present categories in menu are automatically added, and smarty cache is cleared by the module. But you need to have the option smary cache enable of course. May be a browser cache issue, did you tried in private navigation?
Knowband Plugins
I think it's not the "Top Menu module" (As menu HTML strcture is different on https://overland.ee/) It seems you custom theme module. Check if there is any other module with the name menu, OR check in the Theme configuration.

There are no other menu modules enabled (installed one just to try after the issue). If I add links from the native modules settings, they do appear on the menu bar in the front end, so it's not the case that I'm in the wrong settings menu. Just Categories do not appear. gaiuspahk
Deleted everything I could from the server. Did a new install of Prestashop 8.2.1 and deleted all of the existing tabels from the database. Installed a new theme. Still the same issue. The menu is just as before - same categories. Running out of ideas.
