AurelienS21
Hi there, I'm using Prestashop 8.0.4 and the faceted search module 4.0.0. I can't use any of these buttons to index/reindex prices and attributes, nor clearing the cache : I noticed that these URLs are wrong. I mean, they go to pages that doesn't exist : I don't have any 'module' folder into my Prestashop, nor a 'ps_facetedsearchcron' file. I set the permissions to 755 on the modules/ps_facetedsearch/ folder as well as children folders. Please can you help me ? Many thanks ! Prestashop Addict
Activate debug mode, open browser dev tools / Network and see result of xhr result when you click on reindex
AurelienS21
Hi @Prestashop Addict, thank you for your message. I did it, there is a 404 error onto 'ps_facetedsearchcron?ajax=1&action=indexPrices&token=8357ef8527&ajax=1&cursor=0' Edited March 11 by AurelienS21 (see edit history)
AurelienS21
I don't know where this '/module/ps_facetedsearchcron' file is supposed to be located. I guess that there is some .htaccess magic...
Knowband Plugins
The URL seems wrong. Have you tried ps_facetedsearch instead of ps_facetedsearch in the URL?
Prestashop Addict
There is an issue on path normally it should be: /module/ps_facetedsearch/cron?ajax=1&action=indexPrices&token=xxxxxxx missing / before cron! May be a bug of the module version 4.0.0, mine version v3.16.1 works w/o any problem. Htaccess for URL mapping only. The URL change seems weird.

Prestashop Addict
It's not a folder it's a front ajax controller look at controllers/front/cron.php. If you copy url from module help message paste in browser url and add / before cron it should work Edited March 11 by Prestashop Addict (see edit history)
Knowband Plugins
I don't think any fixes are required here. You just need to setup the CROn with the correct URL (OR run the correct URL in the browser) Just change "ps_facetedsearchcron" to "ps_facetedsearch/cron" in every URL & run the same from the browser. AurelienS21
Got it. Unfortunately, even if I add the '/' at the right position, the URL comes to an error page. http://btzmlvg.cluster030.hosting.ovh.net/module/ps_facetedsearch/cron?ajax=1&action=indexPrices&token=8357ef8527 Thank you for your answers guys, really appreciated.
