psico Posted May 16, 2011 Share Posted May 16, 2011 Hello.I need help and I ask the forum in case someone had found in my situation.I set the option to "sell " even in the absence of the product and this has created a fundamental problem.Now all the products, even those who are not in stock, are "available" on the summary pages of the site and also in the cart next to their name there is not a red ball but a green one.This confuses customers because it makes them think that the product is in stock and then the invoice can be immediate in time, not after the receipt of goods from the supplier.The approximate delivery date does not take account of the unavailability and writes what is expected for the products in stock.If I go on the product page I stated, correctly, that the product is not available but it is possible to add it to your basket (obviously). Then I go in the basket for the purchase and, as mentioned above, the product seem to be available immediately for the ships.How do I fix this?Thanks for any help.LuigiPS: If you enable the sale of products only available ... everything works perfectly.
