disable/hide payment module based on carriers chosen

I want to hide /disable payment module based on the carriers customer chosen

i have two carrier

1) carrier 1 - free shipping
2) carrier 2 - shipping charge of Rs.299

for carrier 1 I want to show only Credit card(paypal) option on payment page
and for carrier 2 I want to show only COD(cash on delivery) option on payment page

please help me.

Hello, do You find solution for Your problem?? I have that same.
Carrier1 - possible cash od delivery
Carrier2 - possible bank transfer and cash on delivery with fee

ship2pay module does just that, no core changes needed in 1.4 either.

I'm just finish "Ship2Pay" and "Cash od delivery with fee" modules instal. Them resolve my problem with 100%. Thanks for showing way.
