Help! Oops... looks like an unexpected error occurred. Error on Customers & Single Order Pages

I'm facing an issue with my PrestaShop store where I can't access the Customers and Single Order pages. When I try to open them, I get the following error:

Oops... looks like an unexpected error occurred.

 

What I have tried so far:

Cleared the cache manually (var/cache/).

Tried to upgrade the PS version from 8.0.1 - 8.2.1

 

Environment Details:

PrestaShop version: 8.2.1

PHP version: 8.1.31

Hosting : Shared

Recent changes: I am not sure, maybe I have drop DB tables mistakenly from 8.0.1 version.

 

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any advice on how to resolve it?

Any updates, new modules before the error? Enable debug mode and share issues.

I have fixed the issue via adding some tables and column on the DB.
