Discount problem

Hello all !

I recently have a problem with discounts in my PrestaShop eShop.

I have PrestaShop 1.7.8.2

Last year I was normally using Catalog / Discount options and there were no problems, but, suddenly, it stopped working.

On some categories discount works, but on number of categories not. I do not know where problem is. 

For example:

I set discount:

1. I find category name and number (In pictures bona - 16)
2. I set discount for exact category (In Pictures 16)
3. I set settings for discount, then save it, everything appears normal
4. Discount also appears in product settings / price, for products which are in category (16)
5. Discount does not show in front...

In some categories it works, in some not, but it used to work and now I am unable to control discounts.

What I already tried:

• delete all discounts
• clean cache
• tried all possible settings of discount
• clear cache again
• tried debbug mod - did not find any error, just warnings for translations
• clear cache
• I made a comparison for categories/products that works but did not find any differencies

Any ideas ?

Any specific price set in that products? Have you checked how it looks on database?

No, there are no other specific prices except those from discounts (which are not working but shown in product backoffice). What exactly am I supposed to look at in database ? ps_specific_prices ?

I looked in database, even if we do a discount via products specific price settings, discount will not appear in front end. In database it all looks fine - category number in dtb is listed fine, products in category are listed ok, ps_special_price lists discounts completly normal, but discount will not appear.

Some categories are working, majority of categories not. The style we are doing discounts are same - either from products/discounts/catalog discounts or from product-s specific price. If we were doing it bad, it wont work anywhere.

Can you share url and specify wrong products, categories and proper ones?
