Piero61
Hello everyone, We have installed PrestaShop 8.1.7 on a clean server with a new database (no previous data). However, we are facing an Error 500 during checkout, related to the missing id_warehouse column in the database. Current Setup: PrestaShop Version: 8.1.7 Modules Installed:Purchased and Installed from PrestaShop Addons: Cookie, GDPR Law Blocker + Google Consent Mode Advanced Amazon Product Importer and Affiliate Free Modules Installed: PayPal Bank Transfer Current Theme: Pro Business 1.1.2 (Free Theme from Addons) Troubleshooting Steps Taken: Disabled all payment modules → No effect. Enabled debug mode (defines.inc.php) → The error was identified but remains unresolved. Checked the database → The id_warehouse column seems to be missing or misconfigured. Changed the theme → No effect. Disabled advanced stock management → The setting was already off (value set to 0), but the error persists. Questions: Could this be a bug in PrestaShop 8.1.7 causing the id_warehouse column request? Is there an SQL query we can run to check whether the column is actually required? Could this issue be related to any payment module (PayPal, Bank Transfer), even if they were disabled during testing? We are considering reaching out to: PrestaShop Community (this post) Experts on Upwork/Fiverr (if needed, depending on costs) Register.it support (unlikely a server issue, but we will keep it in mind) Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! 😊
