Problem with Vouchers from loyality program

I have a problem with vouchers that i get from loyality points (normal vouchers too). I will start from begining, I've got ps version 1.2.2.0. I've upgrade it to 1.4.2.0. I turned on loyality program and tried to use it, and it work properly I get voucher for points. In next step I've tried to use it (voucher is enabled to use in admin panel) in cart I've wrote code of the voucher clicked add, website has refreshed but nothing else happend, price didn't changed, code was still enabled to use. Anyone know how to fix it to work?
