Email template does not work correct

Hi,

my email template Classic 1.0 in prestashop 8.2.0 isn't working as it should. See attached images. 

How can i fix this? any ideas or tip for fixing this?

Try editing the email template in the visual editor (screenshot)

Alternatively, try switching the template to a new one (screenshot)

when i go in like this you describe, everything looks okay. How do i reset the template? is that safe to do?

You can override the template you need and change it.

HI,

how can i change so the ordered products is displaying the right way under the right column. For example so column reference has the reference number right under and the column product has the product name right under etc. No it's doesn't display in the right way. I have tried different mail template but still the same.
