Two issues connecting PayPal to prestashop

I instaled and configure PayPal module from https://addons.prestashop.com/en/payment-card-wallet/1748-paypal-official.html to prestashop v 8.2.0. I have 2 problems.

First, I press "Connect or create your PayPal account" button. Insert my credentials to popup window and successfully log in. But in PayPal module settings "Account connected" label is still with red cross.

Second problem, "PayPal webhooks can not be enabled". I tried solution from here - https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/1086626-solved-tls-and-paypal-webhooks-can-not-be-enabled-question/?do=findComment&comment=3512544 , but "PAYPAL_ENABLE_WEBHOOK=1" already exists in my database.

Any ideas what is wrong? Thanks.
