Carolina Custom Designs
Go to modules>Paypal>configure You can configure your Paypal API settings on that page. There isn't a separate Paypal API module any more. Marty Shue

Carolina Custom Designs
Technically speaking the Paypal module should be in the section "Payments & Gateways". If it is not there first you need to look on your server in the Modules folder to make sure the Paypal module is installed (go to modules>paypal). Make sure all the files loaded properly. If the module was installed correctly try this -- in your BO navigate to modules>at the top make sure the drop down boxes are set to these options>'All Modules' > 'Installed & Uninstalled' > 'Enabled & Disabled' > 'All Countries' > then click 'Reset'This should reset all your modules. I hope this works. Marty Shue
shokinro
If you have enabled Cache function for performance purpose, please try to disable it first and see if it is solves the problem. The module list is from cache.Preference tab - Performance sub tab - Cache (locates at last section of the page)
