Why product URL and Image change to one of the Related Product when I select another variation?

I'm experiencing a critical issue on PrestaShop 8.1.1 and 8.1.7 where changing a product variation (e.g., size or color) causes the product URL and main image to switch to a related product displayed on the product page but the product name remains same as you can see in the screenshot. This only happens when any related products module is enabled or related products are manually added in the Back Office.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What could be causing the product ID or image to incorrectly update to a related product when selecting a combination? Please Help

Example:
Before selecting another variation:

After selecting the variation:

It sounds like a conflict between the related products module and the product combination handling in PrestaShop. This issue could be related to how the combination selection is influencing the JavaScript or PHP logic that controls the product details, like the image and URL. I suggest checking for any overrides or customizations in the related products module that might be altering product data when combinations are selected. Also, try disabling the related products module temporarily to see if the problem persists, which could help isolate the cause.

It sounds like a conflict with the related products module. Try these steps:

Clear your PrestaShop and browser cache.

Disable the related products module to see if the issue stops.

Check product combinations and image mapping.

Ensure there are no custom code conflicts.

If the issue persists, consider updating PrestaShop or reaching out to support.

I have tried different modules for related products. I have try adding related products from back office (where we add/edit products) but when I remove or disable it then there is no issue. in fact these modules works well in other sites.

I will look for the rest of your suggestions.

Thank you
