Problem with redirects

I don't understand full how this supposed to work. we are running prestashop 8.1.5.
GSC is screaming that pages have ~4K redirects

Redirects to an address without html,

Or change categories (just a different category structure)

Sitemap is correct so where did I go wrong? How can I fix this?

Hi,

It sees  you are using 3rd party module to change the URLs, the module will redirect the old URL to a new one.
