Image Sizes no administration function

My template has two different sizes for photos when showing products. When when you click the specifc product there is one size image (http://www.mensfashionbyfrancesco.biz/new-products.php), and there is a another format when you click on that first image (http://www.mensfashionbyfrancesco.biz/product.php?id_product=56). In the administration panel, there is only one way to upload images, which appear show in both but do not fit properly.
