Increase product price in Cart and Order

Hello,

I have to make a module that increases product price by 5% depending on dropdown input on Order page. Customer wants to add additional cost price for all the products in Cart if someone chooses to pay with Credit Card because Payment gateway that customer uses is taking about 5% of total Cart price.

i have created dropdown input in template and ajax call when someone chooses to pay with Credit Card. I don't know how to change product price in Modules Front Controller function. Some people are suggesting to use Cart rule, which I think can't increase price or to use Specific price rule.

Using Prestashop v 8.2.0 with PHP 8.1
