How can I upgrade version 1.6.1.4 when I can't access the marketplace, due the PHP was upgraded to 7.4

How can we access to our marketplace?, the PHP in the server was upgraded to 7.4, so now our store is not accesible... so, how could we access the store? or how can we upgrade the store version from the files in the server?

contact your hosting provider to ask if they can back level your php  version to 7.0.33 or less.  We have one client running same ps version as yours using 7.0.33

if not, it may be worth changing hosting that supports older versions of php, upgrading from 1.6 is not very easy.
