Mail adress?

When I place an order in my shop, I should get an order confirmation to my mailbox. The email address is shown on the order page, and it is correct, but I dont get the mail to my mailbox, why is this? Can the mail address still be incorrect?

First check your spam or junk folders.

If your emails are not in these folders, go to Back Office -> Advance Parameters -> Email to check if your email settings are configured correctly.

Are you using SMTP? If yes, check its settings.

Also, if all these don't work contact your hosting provider as there might me a server issue.

Thanx, I get error message at my webhost simply.com. Its probably some parameters? I get nothing when I try the smpt but that can be because I dont have all the parameters correct. I include some images:
