The email address is shown on the order page, and it is correct, but I dont get the mail to my mailbox, why is this? Can the mail address still be incorrect? If your emails are not in these folders, go to Back Office -> Advance Parameters -> Email to check if your email settings are configured correctly. Are you using SMTP? If yes, check its settings.
