EidaCz
I've been trying to upgrade my customer's install which has been working good for about 3 years until recently where the bulk delete stopped working. Aparently the issue has a few months but ntil now I recieve the call. Given this I think a clean install of PS latest version ld be the better choice, however the '1 click upgrade module' requires me to have admin privileges to upgrade the database structure, but my hosting provider doesn't allow them and recommended switching into a VPS which is about 4x as expensive and the customer is not comfortable with it. That being said, any methods involving CLI are discarded now. Any workarounds on this scenario? For the bulk delete fix I've unsuccesfully tried: - Debugging the install - Disabling custom modules and themes - Clearing database cache - Repairing he database through phpMyAdmin I am currently running: PS 1.7.8.11 And hese are my serve configs Any tips on how to address this? Prestashop Addict
Change hosting provider, strange that application user for mySQL doesn't have full privileges on its own database !
