404NotFound_
Hello everyone, I am making this topic because I am faced with a problem on my store, some customers are without group, yet in back office my default group configuration are good, but suddenly for these customers without group, impossible to view categories and products .... Has anyone had this problem before? Or else knows where I can look to locate my problem? I tried to recreate an account, and my account is in Customer group... Thank you for your time and your answers. Have a nice day.

Prestashop Addict
Does time in log line correspond to account creation? Edited November 19 by Prestashop Addict (see edit history)
404NotFound_
No, no, but when you create an account, you do end up in the Customer group, but I don't know why, I have the impression that the group is deleted afterwards, because it's assigned at creation.
