Create account and Checkout pages not loading (always pending)

Hi,

I'm totally lost with this one. 

Customer informed that he can not make an order as checkout page is stuck. I check it and both create account and checkout pages are stuck (loading infinitely). And it's so stuck that any links not working and I can't even go back. Need to turn off the tab and enter website address again.

First I thought that the issue is related with the new Super speed module I installed, however the developer said that everything is fine with their module. I also tried removing the module, but the problem is still there.

Module developer found out that the issue is related with google and facebook pixel and their "pending status" when page is loading. Screenshot attached.

I've tried disabling google and facebook modules with no luck.

I have no idea what else I can do and now losing money as customer can't make orders...

I hope somebody could help me here.

How can I find out the source of this js issue? I have no any experience with programming...

Disable javascript CCC, load the page and when browser shows alert click on debug button you'll see the file that cause the issue, and where it comes from (module or core)

I think I found the issue and it's really strange. 

Registration and Checkout pages not loading when I disable Javascript caching in CCC. Can it be related to theme or Prestashop files?

I have other website running 8.1 version and it's working fine with JS caching enabled or disabled.
