Issue with the image zoom functionality.

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with the image zoom functionality on my PrestaShop product page. Here’s the situation:

When I click on the main product image, the zoom modal opens (as it should), and the screen turns black in the background. However, the product image itself doesn’t appear in the zoom window—it just stays blank.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

The HTML and Smarty code for the product image section seems correct.

The black overlay appears as expected, but the product image doesn’t load in the zoom window.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Could this be related to missing image paths, JavaScript conflicts, or a configuration issue?

Any suggestions or guidance on how to fix this so the zoom functionality displays the product zoom image correctly would be greatly appreciated. If necessary, I can share the specific code snippet I'm using.

Which version of Prestashop and which theme do you use ? Possible to have the URL of your shop to see that ?

I am using version 8.2.0 of PrestaShop.

Attached, I am sending an image of the product page and another showing how it looks when clicking on the image (zoom image).

PS: I am unable to provide the link as it would require sharing a key to register the IP and bypass the firewall, which the company does not allow.
