Hi,

I have a prestashop 1.7 multistore with many lang configured, i decided to upgrade to 8.2 but now some categories URLs are facing 404, not with all shop, not all langs. I don't get why some categories with specifics langs are wrong.

I noticed that these URLs are now using double / in permalink like :

  • domain.com/ch/fr//{id}-{slug}
  • domain.com/se/se//{id}-{slug}
  • domain.com/no/no//{id}-{slug}

Many others shop are working well with same category but without double /

  • domain.com/pt/pt/{id}-{slug}
  • domain.com/es/es/{id}-{slug}
  • domain.com/en/en/{id}-{slug}

I flushed permalinks many times, checked routes, double checked .htaccess file (nothing related to products categories)

I thought about SEO module with redirects but nothing related to product categories neither... Route category set in the module exactly the same aswell.

Prestashop category route :

SEO Module category route :

I tried aswell to disable this module but nothing changed... Is there anything changed with 8.2 with Link management ?

Many thanks for reading me

Edit: Btw i tried basic URLs with a single / and its redirects me with // and makes 404

Prestashop 8.2

PHP 8.1

You hadn't mentioned it, that's why I asked,
anyway it could be the same error in the module that I'm talking about
in the URL structure, don't put categories but category

to see if the double slash (//) disappears, if it disappears this is not the solution because this would change the structures of the URL.
