Carriers wrongly proposed with linked orders

Hello guys,

 

dont know if its a Prestashop bug but my site under 1.7.5.1 instead of disabling carriers when there are no common carriers that could deliver all the products in the cart does not disable the carriers. Instead it proposes one of them. This is a usual behaviour when the possible carriers share the country in the settings where the price of the other carriers would be add to the global delivery amount ... but when there is no way to deliver all the products to a country my site is still proposing one carrier and creating linked orders where no delivery price is charged (as there is no carrier)

Does someone know what is wrong with site? Settings seem normal...
