[8.2] Change main_menu position

Hi,

I'm new to prestashop and i am trying to position the main menu to the right, but nothing seems to be working. It works on inspect element, but when i change it in global.css then it doesn't work.

I want the main menu to be like in image 2

Any help appreciated. I have been trying to do this for the past couple of days and nothing is seeming to work

You must clear cache in BO and sometimes in browser too.

Ok, but what exactly prestashop version you have and where you made those changes? In prestashop 1.7 and 8.x there shouldn't be global.css file. Is your version 8.2 like in topic title? If yes uou should make changes in custom.css file.

Yeah I have version 8.2 and I edit themes/classic/assets/css/global.css

where do your find custom.css

There shouldn't be global.css rename it to custom.css

Sorry my bad. It is theme.css

 

I don't know where i got global.css from

Ok, there should be theme.css and all changes must be added to custom.css if this file not exists you must create it.
