Hi everyone,

I run a PrestaShop store and am concerned about fraudulent activities, such as chargebacks or bot attacks, which might be linked to certain IP addresses. What tools or strategies can I use to prevent IP-based fraud on my PrestaShop site? How can I block or track suspicious IP addresses effectively ,

Hi @Niamhrubi

It depends on the control you have over your server. If it is managed by you, there are a lot of tricks you can use, starting by blocking IPs in .htaccess file, installing fail2ban on the server, put a waf proxying connections, and, of course create a Prestashop module to inspect access operations and more.

If your shop is hosted in ISP's servers then you have to talk with them to check which tools are available for you.

But I don't know if there is a tool or module  you can get in the marketplace.
