PrestaQvisten Posted November 3 Share Posted November 3 (edited) Hi, is there someone who know what can be the problem with my Prestashop (Prestashop version 8.2.0). I want to set my own SMTP parameters. In admin I'm trying to add my own email settings for that but when i press save nothing saves and it's keeps being empty. See image. PrestaQvisten Posted November 3 Author Share Posted November 3 HI, I had the previous version before i update to 8.2.0, I'm not sure what version it was but it was 8.x.x something, sorry. I have had the shop for about two months, so newly i suppose. It has never worked to add my own email settings. I have used the system settings - /usr/sbin/sendmail (recommended; works in most cases). What more do you need to know? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PrestaQvisten Posted November 3 Author Share Posted November 3 Hi, I've solved it 😃. I found the problem. I've mistakenly removed contact under Shop parameters -> Contact. See attached image.
