Marketplace can't be updated

Dear all

We can not update "Marketplace" and therefore no other updates of modules are possible, google Merchant Center doesn't work, etc. After clicking "update marketplace" we get the confirmation about the succesfull update. In the Log-File is written "Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache.".

We deleted the cache, deactiveted cache, etc. Nothing is working.  Prestashop  1.7.8.11 and PHP 7.4.33.

Do you have any idea?

Thank you very much

yes put your shop on a localhost, try an update to 8 and go to a higher PHP like 8.1.
Or get a new domain plus a server (cost you about $50 and do that there.

The question ist what can you do?

Great just have a look at your error files, are you on windows using XAMP?
Do you have the error reporting turned on?
