USB83
Hi My shop is running (v 1.7.8.9) A customer informed me that at the checkout the payment button was greyed out. After looking into the dashboard I realized that my store was not linked to the prestashop account anymore. On Prestashop Account module a message was saying that : Due to an unexpected incident, the shop was disconnected from the account and that I should associate/link it again. When i click on the button to link the shop, a modal window appears i sign-into my prestashop account, the Shop's name and URL appear and then I click on the button Accept and Link It loads for a few seconds and then an error message says : 1 shop could not be linked We were unable to contact your shop. Please visit the Help Center. "The shop has not been verified. Reason : Shop response is not a valid json" There are ywo buttons below the error message. One redirecting to the shop's backoffice and another one that lets me view my associated shop The weird part is that when I click to view associated shops, it says : No shops are associated with this account. To view your associated shops, log in with the correct association user account. Which is not normal since when i sign-into : https://addons.prestashop.com/en/agency-shops.php my shop's name and URL are registered and associated to the modules i purchased. Any help is welcome !! orogam
I have the same error and exactly the same messages... but an aditional warning before the messages is clearly visible: Due to an unexpected incident, your store has been unlinked. Please link it again to use the module. and can't link it again... Edited October 31 by orogam added description of error (see edit history)
Prestashop Addict
Hi, shop association is different from shop url associated to module bought under addons. Try to uninstall and reinstall checkout. If not working ask Prestashop (not an open source module).
