Poltrade Internation Posted yesterday at 12:23 PM Share Posted yesterday at 12:23 PM Hello, I upgraded my shop from 1.7.8.8 to 1.7.8.11. The process went smoothly, but after further inspection, I discovered some issues. I’m unable to log into customer accounts created before the update, and when I enable debug mode to investigate, an error message appears (see attached picture). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Prestashop Addict Posted yesterday at 02:26 PM Share Posted yesterday at 02:26 PM Hi, I suppose you deleted var/car/prod an var/cache/debug. Maybe a module issue, try to find which one
Poltrade Internation Posted yesterday at 02:51 PM Author Share Posted yesterday at 02:51 PM Yup, I deleted both, but the issue presists. After disabling non PrestaShop modules nothing changes.
Prestashop Addict Posted yesterday at 05:11 PM Share Posted yesterday at 05:11 PM Does it happen with all customers account or some? Can you have more details where error occurred in log file (server or prestashop var/logs/
Poltrade Internation
The new account I created works fine, but I can't log into the old test account. I tried changing the password and other solutions, but nothing seems to help. In var/logs, there are several log files named 'ps_accounts-yyyy-mm-dd'. ps_accounts-2024-10-30.htm

Poltrade Internation
Yes, the number is overwhelming. What are my options besides restoring a backup?

I recommend posting in jobs board to get technical person to solve for you. Also, when upgrading, you should always first make a test copy of your production system, do the upgrade on the test copy, and if it works then replace production with test copy, or with little more confidence perform upgrade on production. (in either case back up production, as it's best method to fallback on).
