Stefania83
Hi, I need to disconnect a PrestaShop account (owned by the web agency that managed the site before) from a PrestaShop store and connect a new PrestaShop account (which I just created). There are many modules on the store, almost all of them are free and 4 are paid. I purchased the 4 paid ones with the new account, but I would like to know if there could be any issues when I disconnect the current account and connect the new one. Could any module be deleted or have problems? Has anyone done this before? Thank you very much for your attention.
yama
Do you have admin access to the old one? You "just" have to migrate data, module, theme from the old shop to the new one. Now, I guess you don't talk about the Open Source Project but the Paid plan of PrestashopCorp. So I recommend you to contact them directly.

I have access to the site (the store), but not to the Prestashop account where the marketplace is also located, so it won't be me who disconnects, but the PrestaShop support service. Therefore, I cannot migrate anything from the previous Prestashop account. My question is whether it's enough to link a new account for everything to work correctly or not. I have never worked with Prestashop before, so I don’t know how it works. Thank you for your help
