Geolocation by IP address displays false Free shipping

Hello.
I recently enabled 'Geolocation by IP address' in the back office.
After doing this I noticed Free shipping was showing up in shopping cart summary.

This is wrong because I don't offer free shipping in any case on my website.

This only occurs when

1. 'Geolocation by IP address' option is enabled
2. Logged-in user without any registered address adds any item to the cart

but doesn't occur when

1. Geolocation by IP address option is enabled
2. Visitors add items to the cart without login
3. Logged-in users with registered addresses add items to the cart

And this wrong Free shipping never shows up in any case when Geolocation by IP address option is disabled.

Correct amount of shipping still shows up on the checkout page, but I think anyone who sees this wrong Free shipping will get bad impressions when they notice shipping isn't really free at the end.

Does anybody know where this Free shipping comes from?

My version is 8.14 and PHP 8.1.30

I have the same problem. Moreover, when geolocation is turned on, the specific price changes according to an obscure algorithm.
