i-B4se
Hello, I need your support with the PrestaShop Metrics / Google Analytics module. I have installed and set up the module and it works. In other words, statistics are displayed, but I have a problem with Google Analytics. I click on "Connect to Google Analytics" and start the setup: Then I select my account that should work with it: I trust PrestaShop Metrics and click continue: Then the page loads and the following message appears: I have already deleted the cookies. It doesn't work even with an incognito window and deactivated add-ons. I also tried Microsoft Edge. My Google account also shows that the data is being collected, but the shop still says that I should connect to Google Analytics. What I have tested so far: - different browser - different ISP - deleted cookies - Incognito - every addon deactivated - Cache deleted, both via admin menu and via ftp - module reinstalled several times - SSL disabled, both in the admin menu and in the domain - moved to another server at the hoster - talked to the hoster about the redirects, but found no error in the domain Unfortunately, I don't know what to do and can't get the analytics to work. Prestashop: 8.1.5 PHP-Version: 7.4.33-nmm6 Thank you in advance

i-B4se
I wrote to support and received an answer today. The email said the following: Quote In addition, to avoid lengthening the procedure, please send us your back office access in case the "Support by PrestaShop" module does not work, and we will also need your FTP Access: Back Office URL: Back Office Login: Back Office Password: FTP Host: FTP Login: FTP Password: FTP Port: Awaiting your response. Is that correct? They want all my login details and I really don't want to give them out.
