PrestaShop Index 500 Error

Hello, the customer page of my site gives an error like this. When I open Defines_inc dev, an error occurs. The error is as in the attachment;

How can I solve this? I can log in to the admin panel.

Hi, thank you. As you said, when I close it, it does not appear and a 500 server error appears. I'll try reaching the theme developer.
