Go to Advanced Parameters > E-mail in the PrestaShop back office.
Double-check the settings under Mail settings:
Mail domain name: Make sure this matches the domain name on your new server.
SMTP Server: Enter the correct SMTP server details for your cPanel email server.
SMTP User and Password: Ensure the username and password are correct.
Encryption: Verify if you need to use SSL, TLS, or none, based on your server settings.
Port: Use the correct port for sending emails (typically 587 for TLS, 465 for SSL, or 25 for no encryption).

In the same E-mail settings page, there should be an option to Send a test email. Try sending one to verify if it works.
If it fails, note any error messages as they can provide clues. Common issues include:
Incorrect login credentials
Incorrect SMTP port or encryption type
Firewall or server settings blocking the connection

Firewall: If you’ve moved to a new server, make sure the necessary ports for sending email (usually 25, 465, or 587) are open in the server firewall.
SMTP Restrictions: Some hosts block outgoing SMTP connections by default for security reasons. Contact your hosting provider to ensure they allow outgoing SMTP connections for your account
