dclark21 Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 My website is all working perfectly fine apart from my order shipped email to customers.I have the shipped email ticked next to shipped on the Orders > Statuses but it still doesnt send the customer an order shipped email when I change an orders status to shipped.All other emails are working fine.Can you anyone help me with this? dclark21 Posted May 12, 2011 Author Share Posted May 12, 2011 Yes “Send e-mail to customer” for shipped is enabled in the Admin tab Orders->StatusesThe shipped email is also selected, but it still doesnt send an email to the customer when there order status is changed to shipped!
