masterwebsite
Good morning, I have a problem, I hope someone can help me. I installed a new module. The problem is that after installation the product modification admin page goes into error. I attach the error screens. Even if I uninstall the module that caused the error, it remains and I can't get out of it. I cleaned that var/cache folder but it doesn't fix it. Can anyone help me? Is there anything else I can do to reset the error? Thank you I don't understand how it is possible that by deleting the module that caused the error it continues to remain... juanrojas
Hi, have you tried disabling debug mode and using PHP 8.1?
masterwebsite
thanks for the reply. Yes, I'm trying them all but I can't get out of them. If I disable debug and put 8.1 the result is the same. I attach error I also deactivated all overrides... but the error remains Edited October 10, 2024 by masterwebsite (see edit history)
Prestashop Addict
Check in override folder if the module installed an override that is still present after uninstall.

Prestashop Addict
Look at the folder translations/default/Module<uninstalledmodulename>.xlf , if present try to rename or delete it (backup before)

juanrojas
Is this version 8.2 a new installation or are you coming from an update?

Expand Update 8.1.7 to 8.2 I tried to deactivate the "New and Experimental Features" the "New Product Page" and the error is no longer there. It seems to be related to that visualization. Can you think of what the difference between the two views might be at a programmatic level? I don't understand why the error only appears on the new view of the product page
