PayPal by 202 ecommerce – Additional Box in Chrome

Hello,

I have a very difficult problem. I am using the official PayPal module by 202 ecommerce. In Chrome, a box is displayed immediately after selecting the payment method "PayPal" that says "Pay with debit or credit card" (see screenshot). This does not happen in Firefox. I want this box to not be displayed.

I have already tried the following:

Clearing the cache (Browser + Presta)

Deactivating the PayPal module => The box continues to appear in Chrome, but other payment methods cannot be selected.

Searching in the source code and database for "Pay with debit or credit card" => without success

Checking under the Network tab in the Developer Tools => The image at the end of the box is being loaded, but the source cannot be determined.

Note: The box is not present in the Firefox source code at all, only in Chrome!

Presta Shop is still 1.7.3.3 and PHP is something like 7.1 (yes i know).

But how should i debug it? There is no external connection and nothing in code ...
