After upgrading from 8.1.7 to 8.2 my ID for the BO does not work anymore

Hi guys, 

I upgraded my store with the 1 click upgrade and it was going well so far. At the end of the installation I closed my backoffice webpage to log again and now I am not able to connect anymore, of course I am 100% sure that my ID's are correct. When I log in it say that my account does not exist. If I try to reset my password it will say that there is an error processing the reset of my password. You can see the screenshot bellow. 

I would be grateful if you can help me.
