djpat99
Hello all, So I've seemingly broken my website and want to install a fresh Prestashop 1.7.7.5, and hope to transfer customer, order, catalogue etc data to a fresh store. Is this feasible and is there a guide anywhere to what tables I need to transfer for it to work? I have tried lots of things already to fix my current site and it seems that using a speed enhancement module that was available to buy from the Prestashop Addon marketplace was unwise... Kind regards

Kind regards 1. yes PrestaShop sells modules that can destroy a persons hard work. PS does not do hard work, community tested.... 2. to migrate manually is expert level, there are solutions, https://addons.prestashop.com/en/data-migration-backup/8934-migrationpro-prestashop-upgrade-and-migration.html google for prestashop to prestashop migration. best advice? post in job offers or contact someone that has been helpful here in the past. I cannot imagine that fixing this by experienced tech be very difficult so you would not need to start over again. also for sole proprietors, there are better alternate ecommerce platforms.
